RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATES, TIME AND PLACE OF THE VARIOUS MEETINGS OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF PAULSBORO, COUNTY OF GLOUCESTER AND STATE OF

NEW JERSEY FOR THE YEAR 2012.

 

RESOLUTION NO. 02.12

 

     WHEREAS, the Borough Council of the Borough of Paulsboro, County of Gloucester and State of New Jersey desires to set forth the dates, time and place of the various meetings of the Governing Body for the year 2012; and

 

     BE IT RESOLVED that the Regular Meetings of the said Mayor and Council shall be held in accordance with the following schedule and shall be held at the Paulsboro Administration Building, 1211 Delaware Street, Paulsboro, New Jersey at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time; and

 

     BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Work Session Meetings of the said Mayor and Council shall be held in accordance with the following schedule and shall be held at the Paulsboro Administration Building, 1211 Delaware Street, Paulsboro, New Jersey at 5:00 p.m. prevailing time which action may or may not be taken at these sessions:

     Tuesday                  January 17th             Work Session Meeting – 5:00 p.m.

     Tuesday                  February 7th              Regular Meeting – 7:00 p.m.

     Tuesday                  February 21st            Work Session Meeting – 5:00 p.m.

     Tuesday                  March 6th                   Regular Meeting – 7:00 p.m.

     Monday                   March 19th                Work Session Meeting – 5:00 p.m.

     Tuesday                  April 3rd                     Regular Meeting – 7:00 p.m.

     Monday                   April 16th                   Work Session Meeting – 5:00 p.m.

     Tuesday                  May 1st                        Regular Meeting – 7:00 p.m.

     Monday                   May 21st                      Work Session Meeting – 5:00 p.m.

     Wednesday            June 6th                       Regular Meeting – 7:00 p.m.

     Monday                  June 18th                     Work Session Meeting – 5:00 p.m.

     Monday                  October 15th                Work Session Meeting – 5:00 p.m.

     Wednesday            November 7th               Regular Meeting – 7:00 p.m.

     Monday                  November 19th            Work Session Meeting – 5:00 p.m.

     Tuesday                 December 4th               Regular Meeting – 7:00 p.m.

     Monday                  December 17th             Work Session Meeting – 5:00 p.m.

     Wednesday           January 2nd, 2013        Reorganization and

                                                   (6:00 p.m.)        First Regular Meeting

     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a certified copy of this resolution be posted in the Office of the Borough Clerk, on the official bulletin board of the Borough of Paulsboro and a certified copy be forwarded to each of the newspapers designated as Official Publications of the Borough of Paulsboro in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 21 of the Laws of 1975.

 

     I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at the Reorganization and First Regular Meeting of Mayor and Council held on the 3rd day of January, 2012.
