as the Paulsboro Day parade marched on.

Steve Pause, of BP Oil Company,
was the Grand Marshall of the event.


VFW march
Our local VFW men marched proudly.


VFW Lady
This cheerful bike rider represented
the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.


Bikers 1
The decorated bicycles of children
were part of the long parade.



VFW man
This happy gentleman of the VFW
had a nice ride with his three-wheeler.


Bikers 2
Elaborate designed bikes and four-wheelers
also paraded the route.

What fun this young lady had riding
in a comfortable and colorful wagon!


Stands 1
Many Paulsboro Day citizens and visitors
had an excellent view in the stands
next to Carmen's Deli.



Fife and Drum
The Paulsboro Fife and Drum Corps of
Paulsboro High School proudly
march displaying their banner.


Church Float 1
One of the local churches
provided a show on this float...


Church Float 2
...and another church
had a dance routine.


GARS Dancers
"Jumping for Joy" was the song performed
by the Guardian Angels Regional School children...

The Paulsboro Neighborhood Town Watch
Association marches proudly.

Brandon had a creative way of collecting his candy.

Jack Robostello, Sons of Italy Man of
the Year 2005, was driven by Gary Gill.

Borough Council
The Paulsboro Borough Council stands
to applaud the marching citizens.

for the parade participants.

Volunteer Fire Association of Paulsboro.

The flag flies high overhead as the reviewing
stand continues with the festivities.

An Elvis impersonator performs
to the reviewing stand...

String Band 1
String bands are one of
 the highlights of the parade.

Their music was as
colorful as their costumes.


Dancers
Another highlight is the music and dancing
of the South Pacific Island Dancers.

Liva's expression captures
the positive feeling of the day.

 

 

Island Float
The long float of the South Pacific Island
Dancers was the finale of the parade.
